Rashanda Michelle McKenna is a Trinidadian-Venezuelan legal professional, contract specialist; legal-technology entrepreneur, academic researcher, and author. She has over 19 years of combined professional experience in several disciplines.
Education
Ms. McKenna completed her legal studies in the United Kingdom, holding a Master of Laws from BPP Law School, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, awarded with honours.
Professional Work
Rashanda serves as Principal Consultant of Legalytech, a legal-technology consulting firm dedicated to helping modern law firms build smarter technology stacks and scalable legal infrastructure. She also leads XaasTech Contracts & Conversions, where she advises small business owners, digital agencies, BPOs, call centres, and international service providers on contract drafting, redlining, negotiation strategy, and lifecycle management.
